The Windsor Property Management Group Corporation, which runs the
Windsor Plaza Hotel and several restaurants in HCM City, has achieved a
coup by getting star Chinese-American chef and food writer Martin Yan to
the menu at its Kissho Restaurant.
Famed TV chef Martin Yan impressed audiences recently with his
demonstrations of traditional Chinese cooking at Ngan Dinh Restaurant
last Saturday and at Cafe Central An Dong at the Windsor Plaza Hotel on
Sunday.
Channel 9 of the HCM City Television, HTV9, will
broadcast the first episode of reality show Martin Yan – Taste of Viet
Nam hosted by renowned Chinese-American chef Martin Yan at 8.30pm
tomorrow.
Celebrity chef Martin Yan will introduce Ha Noi
cuisine on a reality show to be shown on not only HCM City Television
and Viet Nam Television but also the Asian Food Channel and PBS channel
in the US.
Famous chefs and TV personalities Martin Yan and
Bobby Chinn will show off their cooking skills and introduce global
cuisine at the annual Taste of the World Culinary Festival in HCM City
in December.
