A performance by Police Music Band from Singapore at
the 20th World Police Band Concert held in downtown HCM City on
Saturday. The two-day event featured police bands from Japan, the US,
Singapore and Viet Nam.
A street concert series entitled Luala Autumn Winter 2015 will be
organised on the pavement of Ly Thai To Street on Sunday afternoons
between November 15 and December 13.
A special jazz concert by Vietnamese and Thai artists will be held in
downtown Ha Noi to celebrate the birthday of Thai king Bhumibol
Adulyadej (December 5).
Japanese composer Oki Masao will present his special work, Symphony
No.6, at the Japan–Viet Nam Friendship Concert that will be held on
November 14 at Ha Noi Opera House.
As part of Manzi''s Old Sounds of New Days concert series, the Encounter
III: From the Delta will introduce the folk melodies from the Song Hong
(Red River) Delta – home of Vietnamese culture and civilisation.
Heart Beat, an event promoter and music label producing underground
music in Sai Gon, will present a concert featuring house music at The
Observatory on October 2.
The HCM City Conservatory of Music will organise a special concert to
celebrate Singapore''s 50th National Day and 40 years of collaboration
between the two nations on September 25.
