The culture ministry has approved a plan to seek UNESCO''s recognition of
an oral folk art form of three ethnic groups from northern Viet Nam as
intangible cultural heritage.
Popular theatre director Le Quy Duong is the only representative from
Viet Nam participating in the 6th Fujairah International Monodrama
Festival being held in Fujairah, the United Arab Emirates.
