The Embassy of Germany to Việt Nam is inviting entries to a writing contest for female Vietnamese students with the winner being offered a ''job'' for a day working as an ambassador.
Do Ngoc Quynh Nhu, a first-year student at the private University of
Saigon, has won the first prize in a writing contest on Vietnamese
soldiers held by the HCM City Youth Union.
A writing contest that aimed to find potential
writers and develop a reading culture among young Vietnamese ended
yesterday in Ha Noi. The theme of the contest was memories of school and
childhood.
