Preparations are being finalised for the biennial
Hue Festival which will officially open in less than two months. With
the theme ‘Cultural Heritage with Integration and Development'', the
nine-day event is expected to attract a record number of foreign
troupes.
The nation as a whole is caught up in preparations
for celebrating the Lunar New Year festival, known popularly as Tet,
which falls on January 31 this year. According to the Oriental zodiac,
the coming year is the Year of the Horse.
