A film and music festival will kick off on Sunday at the Thang Long
Citadel Complex in Ha Noi with the aim of spreading awareness about
wildlife trafficking, particularly the sale of rhino horns.
The Ha Noi People''s Committee approved the restoration of Thang Long
Citadel Complex''s Kinh Thien Palace in Ha Noi, which was used for royal
meetings under the reigns of the Ly (1009-1225), Tran (1226-1400), Le
(1428-1789) and Nguyen (1802-1945) dynastries.
Objects unearthed in excavations at the Thang Long Citadel Heritage site
in downtown Ha Noi since 2010 are being displayed to celebrate the
capital''s Liberation Day, which falls on October 10.

will use 6-dimensional (6D) technology to re a virtual capital by
restoring ancient sites.

The Ha Noi People''s Committee yesterday unveiled a
master plan on preserving the site of the ancient Thang Long Imperial
Citadel and developing part of the area into a culture and history park.
The Imperial Citadel of Thang Long will be named an
historical and cultural park under a plan approved recently by Prime
Minister Nguyen Tan Dung to promote the global value of the
1,300-year-old site in the centre of the capital city.
