A group of students from Hà Nội Architectural University has breathed new life into figures in Đông Hồ folk paintings—such as the boy herding buffalo or the mother pig feeding her piglets—using 3D technology.
The exhibition traces the artistic time lines of Lê Phổ, Mai Trung Thứ and Vũ Cao Đàm at the school, followed by their long careers in France from 1937 onwards.
The humble loofah, often seen as a simple sponge, has been transformed into a series of stunning works of art by Y Êli Buôn Krông from Buôn Ma Thuột City, in the Central Highlands province of Đắk Lắk.
