The culture ministry has approved a plan to seek UNESCO''s recognition of
an oral folk art form of three ethnic groups from northern Viet Nam as
intangible cultural heritage.
The Culture Ministry is inviting submissions from
Vietnamese living all over the world for two major art events amidst
concerns the capital city has no adequate venue to host one of them.
Representatives of foreign press and travel agencies
will have the chance to explore Viet Nam''s tourism locations, according
to a newly released scheme by the culture ministry.
