Bui Minh Thuy of ADC – Vinh Long Television came in first in the fourth stage of the National Men's Cycling Tournament – Ben Tre Television Cup, making the 145km journey from Vi Thanh City to Tra Vinh City in three hours, 49 minutes and 57 seconds with an average speed of 37.834km/h.

Second place went to Tran Van Quyen of Military Zone 7, while Do Tuan Anh of Domesco Pharmacy Dong Thap 1 came in third.

Mai Nguyen Hung of Eximbank HCM City 1 maintained his yellow jersey with a record of 12 hours, 35 minutes and 46 seconds after four stages. Pham Phat Dat of host Ben Tre was six seconds slower and Le Van Dong of VTV Can Tho was third with 12 hours, 35 minutes and 58 seconds.

Hung took the green jersey with 68 points, followed by his teammate Le Van Duan with 62 points.

In team rankings, Eximbank HCM City 2 kept the lead with a total time of 37 hours, 48 minutes and 18 seconds. Second place went to ADC – Vinh Long Television 2 with seven more seconds. Domesco Pharmacy Dong Thap 1 ranked third with 37 hours, 49 minutes and 15 seconds.
