HA NOI (VNS)  — Traces of a 3,500-year-old village have just be en unearthed at an archaeological site by the Pho Day River in the northern province of Tuyen Quang.

Around 400 relics have been unearthed, including broken ceramics and stone objects as well as traces of cooking fires.

Scientists noted that ceramics wares bore varied decorative forms and stone axes were finely polished.

Though no human remains have been found, two big holes containing ceramic containers may be remnants of tombs, Chung said. — VNS
