HA NOI (VNS) — Viet Nam's U19 team beat the Monteverde Academy from the US Soccer Institute 4-2 in a friendly match in Belgium yesterday.

It was Viet Nam's first win in Belgium following their 3-1 loss to Lierse SK on Wednesday.

Chief coach Guillaume Graechen said he was satisfied with his players' performance and hoped the team would continue to play well in the coming matches.

After Belgium, they will play other friendlies in the Netherlands before returning to Viet Nam late next month. — VNS
