HCM CITY (VNS)— The Viet Nam Education Publishing House on Tuesday hired UK-based publisher Pearson Education South Asia PTE Ltd as a consultant for publication of English textbooks for the seventh and 10th grades.

Pearson will advise on structure, artwork design, editing, and lesson contents.

The new books are meant for use under the Ministry of Education and Training's National Foreign Language Project that will go on until 2020.

The Vietnamese publisher said the books are an improvement on existing ones in terms of content and quality. — VNS
