QUANG NAM (VNS)— The University of Louisville Cardinal Singers from the US overcame 14 other teams to win the third International Choir Competition held in Hoi An City yesterday.

Following a friendship performance on Wednesday, the teams took part in a two-day competition in many categories according to age, gender and styles.

The competition concluded yesterday, but the teams will stay longer to exhibit street performances and join the opening ceremony of the fifth Quang Nam Heritage Festival, which runs from today until Wednesday.-VNS
