HA NOI (VNS)–Viet Nam's top-flight V-League has been placed 87th in the world rankings, according to the latest announcement from the International Federation of Football History and Statistics (IFFHS).

In the Southeast Asia region, the Vietnamese event is placed third behind

Thailand (49th) and Malaysia (74th).

Previously, the V-League was listed among the 50 strongest national leagues in the world in 2009. — VNS
