Malaysia, Australia U19s and Jordan make up the rest of the group.
Group B features Japan U23s, Laos, the Philippines, Indonesia and the hosts Myanmar.
Australia, Japan and Jordan have been invited to compete this year with the hope they will improve the quality of the regional tournament.
In other news, the Viet Nam women's team has jumped to 28th position in the FIFA world rankings, following their qualification for the 2014 Asian Women's Cup.
Viet Nam replace Thailand as the top team in Southeast Asia, and are sixth in Asia.-VNS
