The Philippines rose one step to become the world's No 129 and took the lead in the Southeast Asian region, followed by Viet Nam and Myanmar, in 141st place.
In Asia, Viet Nam held the 19th position. The top three spots belong to Iran, Japan and South Korea.
The world's leading 45 positions remain unchanged. Germany leads the world. The second and third places go to Argentina and Colombia respectively. — VNS
