HA NOI — Viet Nam won two more silver medals at the eighth World Bodybuilding & Physique Federation Championship, which wrapped up in Thailand on December 4.
Lam Van Cuoi finished second in the men’s U100kg, while Nguyen The Quy was the runner-up in the men’s 1.60m classic category.
In the three-day competition, Viet Nam won a total of two golds and four silver medals. Earlier, Nguyen Anh Thong and Vu Anh Nhat Thuy Khanh Khuong triumphed in the men’s U60kg and U55kg category.
Around 300 bodybuilders participated in the tournament. Viet Nam sent 15 players to compete in the men’s and women’s bodybuilding, fitness and physique fitness categories. — VNS
