HA NOI – Vietnamese fighters pocketed six gold medals at the World Muaythai Championships in Thailand yesterday (Mar 20).

The winners were Tran Thi Lua (in the girls' 48kg category), Nguyen Huu Hieu (boys' 48kg), Nguyen Thi Thanh Truc (women's 45kg), Bui Yen Ly (women's 48kg), Luong Hong Lien (women's 51kg) and Nguyen Thi Toan (women's 54kg).

After 10 days of competition, Viet Nam grabbed six golds, five silvers and five bronze medals.

The international tournament will conclude tomorrow (Mar 22). – VNS
