HANOI (VNS)— Vu Quang Vinh, editor-in-chief of the Children's Newspaper, has been voted chairman of the Viet Nam Handball Federation.

At a meeting in Ha Noi on Tuesday, the federation was officially established after a year of planning.

He will be assisted by three deputies.
