HA NOI (VNS) – Viet Nam will compete at the Southeast Asian Under-19 Football Championship in Surabaya, Indonesia.

The Vietnamese team, represented by the Hoang Anh Gia Lai Arsenal JMG squad, is in Group B together with Thailand, Myanmar, Malaysia, Indonesia and Brunei.

In Group A, the Philippines, Australia, East Timor, Singapore and Cambodia will play each other.

The tournament will be organised from September 9-22. Teams will compete in a round-robin format in the group stage. Two top teams will advance to the semi-finals. – VNS
