HA NOI (VNS) — Vietnamese gymnasts have won two silver and two bronze medals at the Suzuki World Cup 2015, held in Tokyo, Japan.
Phan The Gia Hien won a silver medal in the 15-17 age group among boys, and Dao Ngoc Huy bagged the other silver medal among boys in the 12-14 age group.
Meanwhile, Tran Ha Vi won a bronze medal in the 12-14 age group among girls. Huy, Vi, and Vu Ngoc Anh also bagged a bronze medal in the trio event.
Viet Nam sent a 12-member delegation to the competition, which attracted athletes from 22 countries and territories worldwide.
Vietnamese gymnasts will also hone their skills at the Asian Gymnastics Championships, scheduled to be held in HCM City in November.— VNS
