The VietnamFun Cup will begin today in Phan Thiet.

PHAN THIET (VNS) — The 16th Vietnam Fun Cup, or windsurfing competition, will be held at the Phan Thiet beach's Jibe Beach Club in Binh Thuan Province, today and tomorrow.

The windsurfing competition will draw nearly 40 competitors from around the globe, mainly from Europe, Russia and Singapore.

As per the contest's regulations, all candidates will participate in the competitive categories for professional or amateur athletes. In particular, the distance for professional athletes competing in Figure 8 Slalom Racing has been fixed at 3.200m. — VNS
