HCM CITY (VNS)— The Young Virtuosos concert featuring four talented Vietnamese musicians will be held today at the HCM City Opera House.

Violinists Do Ngoc Thao My and Nguyen Chi Thanh, pianist Bui Vu Nguyet Minh, and double bassist Le Hoang Quoc Nam will perform compositions by Bach, Dvorak, Mozart, Schumann and Brahms.

The 25-member Saigon Chamber Music Orchestra will accompany the performers during the concert.

My studied with the Valdres Sommersymphoni in Norway, and Thanh is a student at the Hue Academy of Music. Minh and Nam are students at HCM City Conservatory of Music.

They have all participated in master classes organised by the Saigon Chamber Music, a summer music festival in HCM City.

The concert will start at 7.30pm at the HCM City Opera House, 7 Lam Son Square in District 1.
