Sipping a glass of a beer known as Chimay at the capital city''s first
Belgian Beer festival, Nguyen Van Thanh recalled happy days living in
Brussels where he used to go to the bar to drink beer with his friends
every weekend.
Ha Noi Stardust is the result of a collaboration
between German choreographer Arco Renz, his Brussels-based ensemble
Kobalt Works, and Vietnamese dancers.
A "Vietnamese Culture Space" presenting antique objects and images from
Viet Nam has been opened to the public at the Belgian Royal Museum in
Brussels.
Belgian experts from the Walloon region and
Brussels began giving lessons in European food, chocolate and cream, as
well as the art of arranging flowers, to the employees of the Government
Guest House and various famous hotels in Ha Noi today.
The second Contemporary Dance Festival will take
place tonight and tomorrow night at the Youth Theatre in Ha Noi,
offering the public an occasion to enjoy original contemporary dance
pieces from Viet Nam, Belgium and Germany.
