Vietnamese top female tennis player Huynh Phuong Dai Trang, who is
studying in the US, has confirmed she will compete in the National
Tennis Championships to be held in Ha Noi on September 16.
Duo Huynh Phi Khanh and Huynh Phuong Dai Trang won their singles matches
over hosts Do Thi Dan Thi and Phan Thi Thanh Binh, and helped HCM City 1
lift the National Team Tennis Tournament trophy yesterday.
Top seeds Do Minh Quan and Huynh Phuong Dai Trang on
Wednesday helped HCM City take both men''s and women''s singles titles at
the national tennis championships, the Vietnam Master''s Cup.
Huynh Phuong Dai Trang and her partner Keren Shlomo
won the women''s doubles title at the International Tennis Federation''s
US$10,000 Kalamata Open on Thursday.
