Several vestiges and tourist areas in the capital will open for free
during the Lunar New Year (February 18-20), according to the Ha Noi''s
People''s Committee.
Capital city authorities have announced they will
invest VND23 billion (US$1.1million ) in 2015-16 to repair and upgrade
the Ba Kieu Temple in Hoan Kiem District.
