International Cycling in the Northern Delta Tournament while Trinh Duc
Tam of Ha Noi retained the overall yellow jersey yesterday.
The International Cycling to the Northern Delta Tournament kicks off in Ha Noi today. Nine teams with 45 racers each have registered to take part, two of which hail from South Korea and Thailand.
