The third annual ‘Chiec Thia Vang'' (Golden Spoon) competition to
identify the country''s best chefs and dishes has been launched by the
Binh Duong Province-based Minh Long I Company and the Business Studies
and Assistance Centre.
Nguyen Quoc Hung, 26, on Monday beat five other
finalists to win The Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf''s 2015 Viet Nam Barista
Competition and qualify for this year''s International Barista to be held
in Bandung, Indonesia, on July 28.
Most of the participants at a recent seminar on managing world heritage
sites in Viet Nam shared the same opinion that the sites were not
properly controlled.
