400m freestyle with a time of 3 minutes 55.24 seconds at the National
Short-Course Swimming Championship yesterday.
The National Swimming Championships proved a roaring
success for HCM City swimmers, who won 15 gold, 12 silver and 13 bronze
medals to dominate the medal table.
Vietnamese swimmers Hoang Quy Phuoc, Pham Thanh
Nguyen, Nguyen Thi Anh Vien and Nguyen Thi Kim Tuyen will be sent on a
training course under the guidance of Spanish coach Sergio Lopez in 2012
at the Bolles School in the US.
