A documentary about late Party General Secretary
Nguyen Van Linh (1915-1998), who made invaluable contributions to
Vietnamese revolutionary efforts and economic reform, will be aired on
Viet Nam Television to celebrate his 100 birth anniversary on July 1.
A stone statue of late Party General Secretary Nguyen Van Linh was
inaugurated yesterday in the northern province of Hung Yen to
commemorate the man who initiated implementation of Viet Nam''s
successful ‘doi moi'' (renewal) policy.
