Ingredients:
- Whole crab meat : 1kg
- Dry garlic to fried: 20gr
- Dry breadcrumb to fried: 50gr
- White part onion dice: 20gr
- Fresh red chili fine dice: 20gr
- Shrimp salted powder: 20gr
- Tapioca flour: 50gr
Method:
Clean the crab. Remove the crab's breast, cut it into four pieces and break the claws. Sprinkle tapioca flour on for coating.
Heat the wok with cooking oil and then fry until the crab is cooked with nice colour. Take it out
Heat the wok to sauté the onion's white part with diced red chili until fragrant.
Put in the fried crab and shake well. Add some dry garlic and dry breadcrumbs until it smells nice.
Add salted shrimp powder and mix again until fragrant.
Arrange the stir-fried crab with garlic chilli and enjoy.
