HCM CITY— Chef Hoang Tung of T.U.N.G Dining in Hanoi and Chef Geert-Jan Vaartjes of Anantara Hoi An Resort are teaming up aboard luxury train coach The Vietage to create a six-course gourmet food experience.

Both have international experience in Michelin star restaurants and are bringing their ideas and expertise to design what is expected to be a memorable culinary event along with a hint of 3D food theatre.

The menu will contain surprise touches of 3D printing, cleverly devised by the chefs’ use of the first two 3D food printers in Viet Nam, and inspired by each dish to complement the design and flavour.

Limited to 12 places, The Vietage will depart from Da Nang station at 09.31am on March 6, 2021, and arrive in Quy Nhon in the afternoon.

It is the first railway carriage of its kind in Viet Nam, and is pioneering new luxury experiences for guests. VNS
