HCM CITY — Lazada Super Party, a virtual concert that will be simulcast in six countries on March 26, will kick off the e-commerce platform’s ninth anniversary celebrations.
Global award-winning singer Katy Perry and NCT Dream, Korea's number one youth boy band, are set to headline this year’s shoppertainment-packed Lazada Super Party concert, sharing the stage with top celebrities in Southeast Asia.
Consumers in Indonesia, Malaysia, the Philippines, Singapore, Thailand, and Việt Nam can tune in to the exclusive concert on Lazada’s in-app livestream channel LazLive as well as local broadcasting networks and social media platforms.
Themed around celebrating ‘Everyday Heroes’, the concert will not only pay tribute to frontline workers who have been working tirelessly throughout the COVID-19 pandemic, but also shine the spotlight on individuals in the community who have in their own ways touched the lives of people around them.
In Việt Nam the Lazada ninth birthday super party, dubbed ‘WOW! Siêu show sinh nhật Lazada, quà bao la,’ will reward consumers with gifts worth up to VNĐ9 billion (US$388,521) and a Vbiz line-up comprising among others Hà Anh Tuấn, Đông Nhi, Đen, Trấn Thành, Hoàng Thuỳ Linh, Gil Lê, Erik, Min, Amee, Hoàng Dũng, Mỹ Anh, and Kiên in the superior 360-degree stage.
The show will go on for 24 hours from midnight on March 26.
It will also include Lazada’s signature shoppertainment segments like ‘Voucher Rain’ and ‘Guess It! and Shake It!’ where viewers can win vouchers and exclusive giveaways that can be used on Lazada’s Surprise Birthday Sale on March 27.
