Sửng Sốt Cave is located on Bồ Hòn Island, in the centre of Hạ Long Bay, Quảng Ninh Province. It is one of the most beautiful caves in Hạ Long Bay, with many rocky islands in different unique shapes that cannot be found anywhere else.
Discovered by the French in 1901, the cave was named Grotte des surprises (cave of surprise) because of its beauty, which surprised visitors when entering.
