Michelin-star cuisine

Two Michelin-starred chef Alain Dutournier (second right) presents his cooking talents to a group of local media at La Table du Chef restaurant, which he opened in Ha Noi last November aiming to showcase his art of haute cuisine for the first time outside of France. Born in the small village in Landes province, Dutournier is a chef who has found a way to transform pleasant dishes from the southwest of France into haute cuisine. Together with his Vietnamese resident chef Dao Van Son, he brings to La Table du Chef the highest standard of excellence in French cuisine, with a touch of Vietnamese taste such as Sa Pa honey, Phu Quoc pepper and Nha Trang lobster. — VNS Photo Thuy Hang
