This year’s Miss International gathered contestants from 83 countries and territories, surpassing the previous record of 77 contestants last year and making it the biggest turnout in the pageant’s history. It is one of the three most prestigious beauty contests, along with Miss World and Miss Universe.
San from the capital city of Hà Nội was the second runner-up of Miss World Vietnam 2019.
“A journey that ends will open a new one. After spending several days taking a break with my family, I will come back to Việt Nam soon to embark on a new journey that will be full of excitement. It will be a journey in which I will become a strong girl, determined girl with tireless efforts to reach new heights in the future,” San said after Miss International 2019 concluded.
“I would like to thank everyone with all of my respect and affection,” she added. — VNS
