(VNS) Ha Noi took top place at the National Rowing Championships which concluded yesterday at the capital's Tay Ho Rowing Club.
Nineteen athletes from the host team competed in 14 men's and women's categories over 500-2,000m.
Hanoian rowers claimed seven gold, four silver and two bronze medals.
Hai Duong were second with four gold, three silver and two bronze medals, followed by Ha Tinh who grabbed two golds and one silver.
The four-day championships lured more than 100 competitors from 14 cities and provinces. The top athletes from the event will be called up for the national team to compete at this December's 27th Southeast Asia Games in Myanmar. . — VNS
