HA NOI — The National Boxing Clubs Cup started in the Central Highlands province of Dak Lak on May 6.
Nearly 200 male and female boxers from 48 clubs in 34 cities and provinces across the country are competing in 22 weight categories.
According to the event’s organising board, the best boxers will be selected in the national team to compete in upcoming international events.
The tournament is co-organised by the Viet Nam Boxing Federation and the provincial Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism.
It will conclude on May 12. — VNS
