HA NOI — The northern province of Nam Dinh and the central province of Quang Binh will host the first round of the National Volleyball Championships on March 21-28, the Viet Nam Volleyball Federation has announced.Nam Dinh held the International Volleyball Tournament, VTV Cup in 2004 and 2005, while Quang Binh are known for their love of volleyball.
The event will attract the participation of 12 male teams, including Sanet Khanh Hoa, Army Corps 4 - Becamex, Long An and Maseco HCM City. It will also feature 12 female teams, such as Vietinbank, VTV Binh Dien Long An, Vinh Phuc and Quang Ninh.
Last year, the first round was held in the northern provinces of Yen Bai and Hai Duong. — VNS
