Mercure debuts in largest port of northeastern Việt Nam

HAI PHONG Mercure Hotels & Resorts has announced the opening of its first midscale property in the nothern port city of Hai Phong.

Housed in a 28-storey building in the central business district, Mercure Hai Phong is the tallest building in the city, located within SHP Plaza shopping centre.

The property boasts 176 guest rooms and suites as well as 57 one- to three-bedroom serviced apartments, which are ideal for both short-term and long-term stays.

“Whether in the heart of a bustling city or nestled amidst tranquil mountain scenery, Mercure offers unforgettable stays and authentic experiences,” said Patrick Basset, Chief Operating Officer for AccorHotels Upper Southeast and Northeast Asia. “The opening of Mercure Hai Phong offers guests a great city centre location where they can explore nearby attractions, including Lach Tray football stadium and Lach Tray Street, and enjoy a range of street food options to live like a local.”
