Ha Noi and Sai Gon Railway Passenger Transport
Companies are offering promotions on routes from Ha Noi to HCM City, Ha
Noi to Da Nang and Ha Noi to Vinh.
The American Council of Engineering Companies (ACEC) presented the
engineering Excellence Award to the Rong (Dragon) Bridge which spans the
Han River in the central city.
Representatives from 30 Tokyo tourism companies, travel agencies,
airlines and hotels on Friday launched a scheme in Ha Noi to attract
Vietnamese to the Japanese capital.
The Rong (Dragon) Bridge, reaching over the Han
River in the central city, has claimed the American Council of
Engineering Companies (ACEC) Diamond Award in the category of structural
systems.
After the Prime Minister recently approved a nine-day Tet holiday which
will begin on January 28, local tourism companies said they expected
good business during the period.
German institutions, companies and cultural organisations in Viet Nam
will gather to celebrate all things German at the Viet Nam National
Museum of History on Saturday.
Around 300 guests - half of whom are representing
European travel and news agencies - will take part in a special event
exploring local tourism in Ha Long City between November 27 and 30.
