The Viet Nam Volleyball Federation rewarded the
national women''s volleyball team with VND250 million (US$11,900), after
they finished fifth at the recent Asian Women''s Volleyball Championship
in Tianjin, China.
Although the national women''s volleyball team have not played any
matches during the last three months, they have risen nine steps to the
35th place in the world rankings.
