Ingredients: serves 5-6

To make cake batter:

2 eggs

200g cacao powder  

400g sugar

400g flour

To make cake frosting:  

20 egg white

400g sugar

800g dark chocolate

700g butter

300g Praline paste

Method:

For cake batter:

- Mix eggs and sugar with electric mixer for about five minutes. Add flour and cacao powder; beat gently, then spread on a baking tray and bake at 250oC for six minutes.

For cake frosting:

- Melt sugar and put in a bowl with egg whites. Whip the mixture and then add melted butter slowly and gently; and whip till they’re all mixed well. Continue adding melted dark chocolate and praline into the mixture.

- Spread the frosting over the cake and roll.

- Chill in the refrigerator.
