The combination of rose aroma, gin and egg white creates a romantic pink colour and dreamy white foam, capturing the beauty and grace of the rose. The essence of rose and cucumber in Hendrick’s gin is enhanced with rose petals, bringing a unique flavour that makes a sweet and delectable cocktail.
Ingredients:
Rose infused gin (Hendrick’s gin and rose petals): 45ml
St-Germain liqueur:10ml
Rose syrup: 10ml
Lime juice: 20ml
Egg white: 1
Rosemantic Dream Cocktail
Preparation:
- Making the rose-infused gin: put rose petals in a jar and pour the gin over them. Put the jar lid on tight and store it for at least 24 hours. Strain the gin into a bottle.
- Combine the egg white and other ingredients in a cocktail shaker and dry shake (with no ice) until it’s foamy. Fill the shaker with ice and shake vigorously until the shaker is frosty.
- Strain into a chilled coupe glass, garnish with a rose petal and serve.
