Vietnam House presents special anniversary set dinner menu

HCM CITY -- Vietnam House, the contemporary Vietnamese fine dining restaurant, is hosting a special anniversary four-course set dinner menu to mark the success of its first year in operation.

The restaurant, headed up by internationally renowned chef Luke Nguyen, is presenting the menu on July 24-27 with a special offer of VND1,288,000++ including a welcome glass of Watermelon Bellini.

The menu features octopus terrine, Iberico pork rib, Alaskan king crab, and crispy banana. For the entire period of the celebration, a specially autographed menu with a photo of the award-winning Australian-Vietnamese chef will be presented to all diners, and chef Luke will be there in person to welcome guests on the 24th and 27th .

As a special offer for any early booking made by July 20, guests will receive 15 per cent off for wines by the bottle.

The signature flavours and elegant presentation of the cuisine at Vietnam House has been the key to the dazzling success of its first year.

“It has been an amazing year and a lot of hard work, but by staying focused on our vision we have been able to create a new, higher level of experience for our guests,” chef Luke said.

“By using only high-quality produce, making sure it is impeccably prepared and served in a stunning environment, I think we have been able to showcase a unique style of Vietnamese food,” he added.

Vietnam House is located in a restored colonial building on the corner of Dong Khoi and Mac Thi Buoi streets in the heart of the city.
