HA NOI — The top six entries qualifying for the final round of a contest to design traditional costumes for Viet Nam’s Miss Universe contestant have been announced by the organisation board.

One of them will be chosen for H’Hen Nie, the 2017 Miss Universe Vietnam, who will represent the country at the Miss Universe pageant in the Phillippines at the end of this year.

The finalists in the contest are in the process of creating the costumes they designed on paper.

The winner will accompany H’Hen Nie to Miss Universe and also receive a medal and a cash award of VND15 million (US$650,000). — VNS
