HA NOI – Vietnamese diva Ha Tran, who lives in the US, will meet her domestic audience during a mini-show at La Plume Bar & Lounge this Saturday.
Her show, Ha Acoustic, is part of the concert series La Plume and the Friends, organised on the last Saturday night of every month at the venue – a favourite destination for locals and expat nights out.
During the show, the famous songstress will sing 20 of her favourite songs. Several of them were written by Tran Tien and Bao Chan, who laid the foundation for Viet Nam’s easy listening music genre. The songs include Sac Mau (Colour), Que Nha (Homeland), Dong Song Mua Thu (Autumn River), Pho Ngheo (Poor Street), Ben Em La Bien Rong (Boundless Ocean by Your Side), and Noi Nho Diu Em (Nostalgia).
Unlike any of her previous performances, Ha will present all these songs in the accoustic style.
The La Plume Bar & Lounge is located in the Press Club Building at 59A Ly Thai To Street, on the 3rd floor. The show runs from 8.30-10.30pm on Saturday. — VNS
