HCM CITY The Goethe-Institut HCM City and Noirfoto Darkroom-Studio-Gallery will host a Portfolio Review session at Deutsches Haus on June 4 at 6pm.
Participants will have opportunities to listen to reviews and advice on general art creation and profiling practices, both technically and aesthetically, from experts like German photographer Christian Berg.
Berg, who has lived and worked all over Southeast Asia, will give a talk on "How to develop a personal project" before the review.
Participants can submit a PDF file containing 10-20 images with introductions of the photos and short biographies of the artists via email noirfotodarkroom@gmail.com by June 1. The results will be released on June 2.
The free event will be conducted in English. It will be livestreamed on the Goethe-Institut’s Facebook page. The venue is at 33 Lê Duẩn Street in District 1. VNS
