HÀ NỘI – A fashion show featuring menswear collections inspired by Italian lifestyle lit up the Old Quarter on Sunday night.

Aristino hosted the show with the title Be The Man, showing three summer collections created by designer Michele Gaudiomonte from Italy.

Gaudiomonte, born 1962, has judged many design contests held by the Italian Embassy. He has also introduced his collections at Italian-Vietnamese fashion events.

He agreed to work as creative director of Aristino because he was impressed by the attitude of the brand.

“I realise that Aristino designs contain Italian fashion spirit, they are fashionable and easy to use in daily life,” he said.

The fashion show stars beloved artists such as Hà Anh Tuấn, Bích Phương, Min, Dalab and Khắc Việt. Thousands of people queued up for hours to see their idols perform.

Aristino also announced a charity project called Loving Wings, with the aim of contributing to social development. At the event, the brand donated nearly VNĐ100 million (US$4,300) for orphans in the northern province of Hưng Yên. — VNS
