NINH BÌNH — A photo exhibition entitled Qua Nhũng Mièn Di Sản (Passing the Lands of Heritage) has recently opened in the northern province of Ninh Bình’s Centre for Culture, showcasing Viẹt Nam’s natural and cultural heritage.

The exhibition is jointly organised by the Viẹt Nam Exhibition Centre for Culture and Arts and Ninh Bình Province’s Department of Culture and Sports. It is one of the activities set up to celebrate the 2018 National Culture, Sports and Tourism Festival.

According to Nguyẽn Dang Chuong, director of the Viẹt Nam Exhibition Centre for Culture and Arts, 200 photos are on display to introduce visitors to aspects of Viẹt Nam’s heritage that have been honoured by the United Nations Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organisation (UNESCO).

The exhibition shares photographs of Hạ Long Bay, Phong Nha-Kẻ Bàng Natural Park, the complex of Hué Monuments, Họi An Ancient Town and the gong culture in the highlands.

There will be a space dedicated to introducing the landscape and people of Ninh Bình Province, which has unique natural and cultural history in its King Dinh Temple, Le Temple, the Phát Diẹm Cathedral and the Tràng An Landscape Complex – which was recognised as a world heritage site in 2014.

Qua Nhũng Mièn Di Sản will promote Viẹt Nam’s intangible and tangible values to both domestic and international friends. It will run until November 4. — VNS
